Sporting Group International has expanded its commercial partnerships team by appointing Jada McNally in the new role of Sponsorship Sales Executive, with a lead focus on developing opportunities in professional women’s sport.
McNally joins the fast-growing global sports consultancy having previously enjoyed a successful career in the sales and recruitment sector. However, she is also vastly experienced in the sports industry, having been a competitive figure skater for more than 10 years in addition to competing in British Showjumping events across the country.
Within SGI, she will work closely with newly appointed Head of Sponsorship Taylor Ryan and UK Managing Director Ian Dutton in connecting brands with professional athletes and clubs in women’s sport.
Ian Dutton said: “Having witnessed the rapid growth of the women’s game from within an elite-level football club, there are so many more commercial opportunities available for teams and brands to develop.
“Jada boasts such a strong background in sales and recruitment which, combined with her knowledge of competing at a high sporting level, makes her as the ideal person to help connect brands to the teams and athletes around the world.
“Having joined us just over one week ago, Jada is already having several great conversations with high profile teams and we’re very excited to welcome her to the SGI team.”
SGI operates within the sports industry in commercial partnerships and recruitment, but also launched its SGI Sports Management division last year to provide support to professional athletes across women’s and men’s sport.
The firm operates from its global headquarters, located close to Birmingham New Street Station, whilst it also boasts European operations in Spain, Germany and Italy, and an Asia headquarters in New Delhi India.
